May Calendar update
- The May calendar is on the youth ministry bulletin board!
- Silent Auction for Summer Mission Efforts is on May 5! We need helpers for set up and cleaning up as well as some helpers to help with things during the auction. Please let me know if you can help. We also need items from local businesses and also services like babysitting or yard work or oil changes or something like that. If you want to donate please fill out a blue form on Sunday!!
- Graduation Dinner. TUESDAY May 8th in the multipurpose room. We will have a combined dinner with the college graduates as well. Please let me know if your coming by THIS WEDNESDAY!!!!! The dinner will be from 7-9pm.
- Family Community Night Wednesday May 9th. There will be no classes and we will be enjoying a night of getting together with people from our community. We will have hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks along with moon bounces, obstacle courses, softball, baksetball, and jousting. Please come and enjoy the night with people in our community.
- Saturday May 12. Service Project at Amazing Grace Ministries. Meet at 9 AM and we will work till around lunch and then get some lunch afterwards. Bring some money for pizza. Please sign up so I can arrange rides.
- Friday May 18th. MOVIE NIGHT @ 7pm @ the Mahoney's. Movie TBA. Guys bring drinks; Girls bring snacks.
May 28th. Church Wide Memorial Day Picinic.
Bible Study on Sunday morning at 9:30 AM.
Senior High class: The Last Eyewitness: Looking at the Gospel story through the writings of John. Teacher: Matt Wilson.
Junior High: Meeting God; Trusting God Teachers: Ben Smith and Barry Romono.
Bible Study on Wednesday night at 7:00pm.
"Engaging Our World": Evangelism in Today's Society, "The Justice Mission", and "Visioning for God's Shalom". Teacher: Matt Wilson
Dinner and Devo Wednesday May 30th @ 6:00pm
Baksetball every Monday night 7-8:30/9:00ish
As you can see I have a weekend open every month with nothing going on. That is on purpose so that you will hopefully take advantage and do something with your teenagers and enjoy the gift of family. I know we have lots of stuff going on and different situations in everyones life but make an effort to take some time from your schedule and spend it with your teenagers (if you dont already). Hopefully you'll take advantage....
